ANNAND follows a documented production procedure for the sake of safety and quality of Customer’s seed lines.

Preparation
ANNAND & Co Staff review fields with each Grower prior to allocation. A Customer's stock seed is GauchoŽ -treated, weighed, packed in pails and tagged for identification. On arrival at the farm an ID tag is removed from the seed pail and installed on the gate. Seed is precision-sown by ANNAND into the field, or transplants grown in nurseries.

Production
ANNAND Agronomists inspect crops throughout the season. Inspecting the crop at its flowering stage Hybrid Brassica pods examined for fertility Crop reports, including yield estimates and photos, are posted to secure web site.

Processing and delivery
Harvesting the Customer's seed - February to April in New Zealand;
July to September in Oregon, USA.
Samples of the Field Dressed (FD) crop are tested and provided to Grower. Seed is dried to a safe moisture content then stored until it can be dressed.Checking the quality of the seed as it is cleaned.
Machine Dressed (MD) samples are sent to the Customer for evaluation. Customer's seed is tested at a certified, independent lab using ISTA rules. Shipping: a sea-going container is loaded for shipment to the Customer. Seed departs from New Zealand and USA - to Asia ports in 2-4 weeks.
