Jay Scanlon is the ANNAND Company's Exec Director. Starting in 1996 with the Company's purchase, Jay has managed the ANNAND Seed Service Company, Ltd to serve seed company Customers.
Innovation in seed production and crop protection techniques at ANNAND have increased reliability for ANNAND's Customers. Among these are harvest payment advances and guaranteed dates crop payments for ANNAND's Growers. ANNAND also offers its growers specialised contract services - most famously ANNAND's bird control and deflection contracting. Attention to detail is the key to successful seed production.
Jay serves as ANNAND's primary Customer contact, with assistance from ANNAND's seed production and logistics managers.
A New Zealand citizen since 2000, Jay was educated at Oregon State University and Harvard University in his native country, the USA.

Brian Parker is Managing Partner of ANNAND Seeds Oregon, Inc., in the United States.
Oregon USA and New Zealand lie at exactly the same latitude - but in the opposite North and South hemispheres. Our Company thus starts a new sowing season twice a year. A Customer's seed production times can be accelerated with the continuity of our single - and very well organised - seed production company, ANNAND.
Brian Parker and his staff provide the seed agronomy and experience and knowledge in Oregon USA seed production and seed processing (the seed cleaning and packing plant are on site).
Widely respected in the Oregon seed trade, our Brian Parker and ANNAND Seeds Oregon, Inc. are half of the ANNAND Company's two-hemisphere seed production. ANNAND Seeds Oregon, Inc. is a USA company jointly owned with ANNAND in New Zealand.
Brian also leads a high-value seed production in the fertile Willamette Valley, Oregon, USA, Parker Seeds, Inc.

Howard Bailey is ANNAND's Seasonal Crop Manager, New Zealand. Howard is a former farmer, and joined the ANNAND Company in 2003. As a past seed Grower for ANNAND, Howard and Sharyn Bailey produced ANNAND seed crops at their farm 'Bicknor', near Timaru, New Zealand.
Howard is now part of the ANNAND production team, assisting our Growers in South Canterbury, New Zealand to produce top quality seed crops.

Royce Baker is AB ANNAND's Logistics Manager. He has been with the ANNAND Company for 18 years and in the seed business all of his life. Royce ships our containers of seed to destinations around the World. Accuracy and timeliness are the key features of this function. Royce is also responsible for all Customers' stock seed inventories, movements & integrity and security of our seed records.

Dianne Perry is ANNAND’s Business Administator. Dianne is responsible for accounting, seed inventory control. She also manages the ANNAND Company's sophisticated computer databases and web-site reporting: ANNAND Company has been using computer technology to track and manage seed crops and to link our Customers to information regarding crop progress and inventories.
